Please, take a look at this Flash Template. It is specially designed for the Kids and any business or organization that works with the kids.
The design is close to a cartoon or a fairy tale, though it is very functional. The Flash Template has the Fan Club page with the chat login fields. The contacts page has the mail form so that visitors would be able to send you messages directly from the site without using their personal mail.

1. Adobe Flash 8 version or higher. (If you do not have Flash 8 but Macromedia Flash MX or Macromedia Flash MX 2004 please contact us and we can resave flash file in the earlier version of Flash for you.)
2. Adobe Photoshop CS version or higher. (You can even use earlier versions of Adobe Photoshop but fonts can be a little shifted.)
3. Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe GoLive, Microsoft Frontpage 2003 or other HTML editor. (You do not need HTML editor if you do not plan to change site background or flash location.)
