. It is useful when you want to create the seed-up or slowing down effects.
If you want your animation to be played slowly and then speed up, move the slider down. The "In" word will appear by the slider and in the value field; the negative numbers will appear.
If you want your animation to be played fast and then slow down, move the slider up. The "In" word will appear by the slider and in the value field; the positive numbers will appear.
If you want the animation to be played with the constant speed, leave the slider in the middle and the value equal to zero. You can also enter the numerical values for the Ease parameter from -100 to 100.
Rotate option allows you to rotate the objects. Choose the rotation type from the dropdown menu and then enter the amount of times the object is rotated. Auto rotation type will rotate the object in the direction that requires the less travel from the object, CW- rotate object clockwise, CCW- rotate object counter-clockwise. The object will be rotated, as many times, as you have set, and if you have rotated the object in the last frame, Flash will automatically add the needed rotation to place it as you chose. If you will enter the zero value for the times of rotation or set None for the rotation type - there will be no rotation.
Orient to Path option will make the object move along the path you will set. Check this option if you want the object to rotate according to the angle of the path. We will go over the paths in further tutorials.
Sync parameter is responsible for the cyclic playback of the animated fragment based on the timeline. It ensures correct animation playback, even if the animation span of the image is not divisible by the number of frames that symbol occupies at the timeline. This is important when your animation is included in to the graphic symbol.
Snap option will snap your animated object to the motion guide. We will talk about motion guides in details during one of the next tutorials.
