Following the release of Joomla! 1.5.1 , the development team has already released Joomla! 1.0.14.
Joomla! development team has announced Joomla! 1.0.14 right after the release of Joomla! 1.5.1 . The new improved version is generated from the cross site scripting problems as well as other general problems and bugs like admin logout problem, search component bug, Preview link at admin template and various core API fixes.
As the new release directs some important security vulnerabilities, one should keep on testing on a backup copy of the website. Only after verifying that the website works properly, one can then upgrade the live site.
