Features Expected in Firefox 3
As we test each of our website templates and CMS templates thoroughly we try to keep up with latest releases of the web browsers. Therefore, we go to analyze Mozilla Firefox 3 beta 2 to get a better understanding of what is coming up. Upcoming version has many interesting features and we will describe some in this news article.
The Downloads window was improved. In addition to listing the name of downloaded file now, it shows the URL from which the file is downloaded. Address bar was transformed to the "location bar" with better auto-completion option that underlines the part of the address that is already typed in and includes the URLs that are bookmarked in the browser.
Memory usage was decreased and Firefox 3 Beta uses up less memory that the latest stable release of it. This is very useful for all users.
The bookmarks are added and handled in the new way. Now they are easy to add and edit, you can also add tags to your bookmarks.
After the release of stable Mozilla 3 all of the website templates and CMS templates will be tested for compatibility with it, but our QA team does not expect any problems, we even expect Mozilla 3 to be easier to comply with.
